The project of building a bus station complex began in year 2018, located in block 42 in New Belgrade, , which covers an area of 9.2 hectares.
On the ground floor of the building, there will be commercial facilities, such as restaurants, cafes, shops, but there will also be a post office, bank and exchange office. One of the novelties is a waiting room of about 60 square meters for mothers with children. There is also space for an ambulance, as well as lockers. On the first floor there will be a kitchen and restaurant for employees, representative offices of the carrier. The employees 'offices will be on the second floor, as well as the future kindergarten for the workers' children.
Our company was engaged in the installation of heating and cooling systems, ventilation system, as well as underfloor heating.
Cooling in the summer months is regulated by a cooling unit - a heat pump.
Two Daikin air conditioning chambers are also installed.
